To improve our member services after hours during an electrical outage, we have installed a new feature to our phone system. Previously, outages were tracked based on your home phone number. This method has become less efficient with the increase in cell phones or phone lines being down in an outage. The new automatic feature can identify the caller by a phone number or an account number, and you can phone in an outage from anywhere on any type of phone line. This technology is very efficient in processing the greatest number of calls through our system as needed when a large outage occurs.

So, be prepared when calling in to report an electrical outage by having your account number handy - this will greatly increase the speed and efficiency of the call. Please take the time to put a copy of this number on the form below and put it where you can use it to report an outage.
