Commercial
Attention Natural Gas Commercial Class Members:
Effective February 1, 2013, National Gas & Oil Cooperative will separate the Commercial Member class into Medium Commercial class and Small Commercial class. In addition to the change, the facilities fee charged to the Medium Commercial class will be adjusted from $25 to $35 per month, while the facilities fee for the Small Commercial class will remain unchanged at $25.
Natural Gas Delivery

Distribution Rate $0.254 per ccf.
Infrastructure Replacement Rider is $0.082 per ccf effective on all bills on and afterApril 1, 2013*.
Gas Cost (GCR) Rate is $0.58 per ccf effective on all bills on and after June1, 2013.

The current system retainage is 2.68% effective August 1, 2011 (excludes the Caldwell System.)
* The Infrastructure Replacement Rider (IRR) is a separate charge that is calculated annually. The replacement rider is necessary to meet safety standards set by the Department of Transportation (DOT). Upgrades to the pipeline infrastructure will improve safety related conditions and reliability of service. Replacing an aging pipeline infrastructure that is prone to leakage will help save members money in the long run by reducing system gas loss.

Propane Rates
Residential
Fixed rate $2.16 per gallon (effective with July 2012 usage) (The fixed rate is available for qualified members on an annual basis.)
Effective on all bills on and after March 1, 2010, facility fees will apply to the following:
- Propane residential minimal users (1-200 gallons) facility fee is $20
- Propane residential small users (201-400 gallons) facility fee is $15
- Propane residential medium users (401-650 gallons) facility fee is $9.50.
- Propane residential large users (651+), no facility fee applies.
Rate classes determined by prior year average usage.
